Please note: All first-time patients are first seen by our laryngologists for a medical evaluation on the 9th Floor of our main campus. Then, depending on the diagnosis and recommended treatment plan, patients may be referred to one of our speech-language pathologists, who are located in the Voice and Speech Laboratory on the 11th Floor of our main campus.

It is important that you carefully follow instructions before and after your surgery.
If able, we also ask that all patients come to their first visit with their medical records. This will help your physician make a more informed diagnosis.
Before your first visit with the Voice and Speech Laboratory, you will receive an email with a link to Bloom, which is a questionnaire that we ask you to fill out prior to your appointment.
If you have been instructed to follow the reflux diet, you can find instructions here.
