What better way is there to leave an indelible mark on the world than to contribute to cures for deafness and blindness? Legacy gifts, no matter the size, are vital resources that enable us to deliver world-class care and life-changing cures. When you include Mass. Eye and Ear in your will or estate plan, you may designate your gifts to support various areas of our mission, such as patient care, ophthalmology or otolaryngology research, or training the next generation of clinician scientists. Or, you can make an unrestricted gift, which enables us to invest your funds where they will make the greatest impact. When you give $25,000 or more, you may name a fund to honor a member of your family or a friend or loved one.
Legacy gifts to Mass. Eye and Ear include membership in the Annie Sullivan Society, which celebrates generous individuals who support Mass. Eye and Ear through their wills, planned gifts or estate plans. This society is named for Helen Keller's longtime teacher and companion, Annie Sullivan, who turned to Mass. Eye and Ear to save her own sight. The Annie Sullivan Society members receive recognition in Mass. Eye and Ear's publications and invitation to hospital events. Similarly, estate and planned gifts to Schepens Eye Research Institute include membership in the William Wolf Society, named after devoted friend and supporter, William Wolf.
