Center for Global Surgery Evaluation

Established from the generosity of an anonymous donor, the Center for Global Surgery Evaluation at Mass. Eye and Ear/Harvard Medical School is a collaboration of academics and practitioners interested in determining the impact of global surgery. We research impacts on health, financial well-being, equity, disparities, and the macroeconomic health of countries. Through the development of innovative research techniques, we strive to ask questions of relevance to ministries of health, global surgery implementers, and, most importantly, patients.
