Dr. Corina Vidal has been with Mass. Eye and Ear for more than a decade. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Iowa, where she was involved in clinical research for cochlear implants. Dr. Vidal continued this research during her graduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During this time, she completed a clinical rotation at the House Ear Institute to further develop her background with cochlear implants.
In addition to cochlear implant programming/candidate evaluations, Dr. Vidal has a wide range of clinical expertise including hearing aid evaluations/fittings, BAHA evaluations/fittings, and auditory brainstem response testing for infants in natural sleep setting as well as under sedation. She treats patients of all ages from infancy to adulthood. She also works closely with students and nurses to train them on hearing screenings for newborns.
