Donna Hultman is a senior audiologist with many years of experience in the field of audiology, including more than 30 years at Mass. Eye and Ear. She received her master’s degree at Northwestern University before completing her clinical fellowship year at the Medical Center Hospital in Burlington, Vermont, where she initiated their hearing aid program.
Prior to Mass. Eye and Ear, Ms. Hultman worked at New England Medical Center, where she saw patients of all ages from six months to the elderly, including patients from the cleft palate, Down syndrome, and birth defects clinics. She assisted with the initial set-up of a satellite clinic at Faulkner Hospital and was active in the Mass. Speech-Hearing-Language Association, where she held several offices.
At Mass. Eye and Ear, Ms. Hultman continues to work with patients of all ages, including more recently, patients from the Mass General Down syndrome clinic. She sees patients for hearing evaluation, hearing aid selections and fittings, and has participated in various research projects. She assisted with the initial set-up of our East Bridgewater office, including ordering all hearing aid supplies. She continues to work at that office one day per week, in addition to seeing patients at our main campus.
