Center for Laser and Reconstructive Surgery

The Carolyn and Peter Lynch Center for Laser and Reconstructive Surgery was made possible by the generosity of the Lynch family.  Mass. Eye and Ear recently celebrated the dedication of the new interdisciplinary center that will change the lives of individuals with facial deformities.

Led by Dr. Oon Tian "Tot" Tan, the Center's goal is to provide the finest specialty care to patients with facial malformations, to improve upon that care through groundbreaking research and to train the next generation of specialists, as well as experienced physicians, in the latest techniques.

For over 17 years Dr. Tan has been offering general dermatology, laser and dermatologic surgery including the widest range of skin treatments, congenital and cosmetic procedures.  Dr. Tan’s experience and laser expertise is sought after nationally and internationally.  Dr. Tan, a dermatologist, is an acknowledged pioneer of lasers in dermatology.  For more than 20 years, she has developed and initiated several of the laser therapies used today as reflected by her career and scientific publications.
