Appointments
There are more than 20,000 patient visits each year to the Comprehensive Ophthalmology and Cataract Consultation Service. Appointments with our physicians at the downtown Charles Street office and at the One Joslin Place office may be made by calling: (617) 573-3202.
If you wear contact lenses, please inform us of this when you call to schedule your appointment. Contact lens evaluations and comprehensive eye exams can be coordinated in the same appointment at the Charles Street location if scheduled in advance.
During an initial consultation, patients will receive a thorough eye examination including dilation of the pupils and new prescriptions for eyeglasses if needed. Please bring your current pair of eyeglasses to your appointment and someone to bring you home.
