For Journalists
The Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary's Public Affairs office is available to assist you by providing information about research and clinical care at Mass. Eye and Ear, by locating experts in certain clinical and research areas, and providing more information about a news release or event at the hospital.
To arrange an interview, video session or photo shoot, please contact Public Affairs at (617) 573-4170 or one of the Public Affairs staff members below. All reporters, photographers and camera crews must be accompanied by a Public Affairs staff member while in the hospital to protect patient privacy.
Please contact us first if you wish to speak with a specific physician or researcher, or if you are seeking an expert in a certain area, and we will arrange your interview. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For after hours and weekend assistance, please contact the main switchboard at (617) 523-7900 and ask the operator to page the Public Affairs staff member on call.
