Dr. Jakobiec has edited over 20 volumes devoted to eye tumors and eye pathology, and written over 300 journal articles and book chapters. He co-edited Albert and Jakobiec's Principles and Practice of Ophthalmology (W.B. Saunders, 1991 and 1998); the Third Edition was published in four volumes in 2008.
