Dr. Lobo's research interests have included study of ocular syphilis in HIV positive patients, the use of pulsed electromagnetic field therapy as an adjunctive treatment of anterior uveitis, and the use of mycophenolate mofetil in patients receiving the Boston keratoprosthesis. She has also recently collaborated on a review paper regarding drug delivery options in the treatment of ocular inflammation.
