Employee Benefits at Mass. Eye and Ear
Our program allows our employees to choose benefits that are best and most cost effective for them. We also offer employees increased opportunity for tax savings through the Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, pre-tax health and dental insurance premium payments and tax sheltered annuities.
Our benefits package offers you a choice of two health care plans, hospital sponsored life insurance and long term disability coverage. For the long term, we provide a non-contributory pension plan along with a matching tax sheltered annuity program. Rounding out this package is a generous time off program. All benefits described are governed by official benefit plan documents and formal policies that are subject to change. To be eligible for benefits, you must be regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week. Benefits are pro-rated for part-time employees.
