Dr. Robin Lindsay, a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Mass. Eye and Ear, became interested in medicine at the early age of 15, after her grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer. “I really witnessed the profound impact that physicians can have, not just on a patient’s quality of life, but on an entire family’s quality of life,” Dr. Lindsay recalls.
