Today, at age 3, Alex’s eye pressure remains stable. However, because of SWS, Alex will suffer from glaucoma his entire life and will likely develop cataracts. Meghan finds hope in joining Team Eye and Ear to raise funds for Dr. Rhee’s research for her first marathon, “If I can raise funds that may help the future “Alexander’s” and their families, it would make the run that much more rewarding.”
