Once your application is received, you may be contacted with additional questions. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. All applicants will be notified of acceptance to Team Eye and Ear by Friday, January 6, 2012. Once accepted, all Team Eye and Ear members will be required to sign both a Terms & Conditions Agreement and a Fundraising Agreement.
