Training Clinics
All training clinics are exclusive to Team Eye and Ear members and will be organized and led by Team Eye and Ear Coach, Fred Treseler. All training clinics will be located in the 7th Floor Cafe Dining Room at Mass. Eye and Ear. Please RSVP for each workshop to Kristina Sym.

Weekly Group Long Runs & Hill Runs (FitCorp)
We will partner with FitCorp again this year for their marathon training program. This training program is complimentary for all Team Eye and Ear members. Please let them know that you are training as a member of Team Eye and Ear upon signing up.
Group long runs begin Saturday, December 4 and continue each Saturday through April 18. Runs begin at 7:50am at FitCorp (One Beacon Street, Boston) Find a schedule and more information here>>

Team Coach, Fred Treseler
New this year, we are excited to introduce our Team Eye and Ear Training Coach, Fred Treseler. In his 36 years of coaching, Fred is recognized as one of the premier coaches in the running industry. He has garnered a strong reputation for successfully coaching and developing athletes to high performance at the high school, collegiate, national and Olympic levels, including elite American distance runners.
In his marathon training programs, Fred has coached over 3,000 runners to a 98% success rate. Fred will be developing daily training programs for all levels of runners to compliment the FitCorp group running schedule. He will also be hosting three exclusive Team Eye and Ear training clinics, the first of which will be held on December 16.
Fred is the founder and president of TRACS, Inc., and resides with his wife, Marita, atop Heartbreak Hill on the Boston Marathon course.
Fred will be organizing and hosting the exclusive Team Eye and Ear training clinics and putting together daily training programs that correspond with the FitCorp training schedule.
